Our Sales group continues to grow! At Meriplex, our Sales Operations Coordinator provides a supreme support experience to Meriplex sales professionals and new customers by providing exceptional service during the sales onboarding process. In this vital role, you will be able to use your organizational skills, knowledge of IT solutions to manage renewal agreements, coordinate sales requests, CRM process improvement, all while developing and ensuring quote accuracy. This team member supports the overall sales plan and strategy, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Director.

Develop and Maintain an Accurate Quoting Process with the Sales Team
- Act as a liaison by working with partners and vendors on pre-sales tasks, including deal registration, vendor pricing, and inventory
- Communicate with Sales team on vendor, distributor, and manufacturer promotions to generate NRR sales
- Work with vendors to confirm accuracy of Bill of Management and cost before quote or proposal is presented to customer
- Assist sales team with quoting
Successful Coordination of Sales Process in Partnership with Sales Team
- Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies in CRM tool and sales process
- Coordinate sales requests and renewal agreement process
Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant experience in the following areas will get you off to a great start:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales operations, vendor management, or proposal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in CRM tool or ticketing system. ConnectWise experience preferred.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Goal driven team player.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time.
- Able to work with people of different personalities and temperaments, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction, company goals and moving towards successful completion.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Information Technology / Telecommunications customer service experience.
- Knowledge of high-speed Broadband, Voice/SIP, MPLS, and Data Center services.
- Experience with Distribution/OEM
Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the ability to have a flexible schedule due to work volume and proposal deadlines are a must. Ability to travel up to 10% may be required based; primarily within the metro area.

Should you have the formal degree, preference is for Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
