Team: COE Channel Partner Program Operations.
The team is responsible for Partner Lifecycle Management and delivering effective Partner Programs that support our Sales and Marketing GTM strategies.
Responsibilities
The Channel Programs Sr. Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the support and administration of the Veritas Partner Program and the Financial Benefits the programs offer.
Responsibilities: At least 8+ years of demonstrated experience in :
Sales and Marketing GTM / Partner Programs Administration
- Channel Partner programs administration from on-boarding to termination
- Sound understanding and effective management of Partner Accounts/Contacts, their profile, tier management and certifications
- Queries management on Partner / Financial benefit programs, Profile management, L&D, Compliance, Deal/Opportunity registrations, and Partner portal (PNET) enquiries for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner payments administration through Accounts Payables and/or Accounts Receivables
- Approvals management of Partner Development fund requests, and claims administration
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems enhancements / launches when required
- Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
Rebates Administration
- Opportunities administration / management and reporting hereof within SLAs including user activations and Opportunity validations
- Monthly rebate validation, payment administration and reporting hereof within SLAs
- Administering the profile, requirements, and rebates of Technology Support Partners
- Queries management on rebate programs such as ORR and TSPP for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
Qualifications
- Graduation – Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or Equivalent
- Excellent hands-on experience of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to details & action / results orientated
- Good working knowledge & experience of CRM system(s)
- Good understanding of Partner / Customer Data hierarchies and management
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-starter and a proactive can-do attitude
- Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work in NIGHT shifts (supporting AMS stakeholders)
Technologies
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint - Mandatory
- Strong awareness of CRM (SFDC or Oracle) functionalities – Mandatory
- Reporting / OBIEE experience – Mandatory
- PowerBI / Tableau experience – Preferred
