Job Summary
The FreeWheel Sales Operations Manager will support tracking and refining sales processes and performance while leveraging data and technologies that support the Revenue organization. You will be a high value-add business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, enabling revenue growth, assisting in improving the reliability of sales forecasts and sales effectiveness, stewarding revenue reporting and analytics, while also increasing sales productivity by championing effective pipeline methodologies and efficient processes.

Core Responsibilities
Support Sales Process, Tools, And Operating Cadence
- Maintain end-to-end sales processes and best practices to target consistent, meaningful data
- Serve as a primary business partner for the user environment including providing training, user support and ad hoc reports/dashboards
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide supporting data/analyses as necessary
- Partner with various stakeholders to create and maintain sales policies, procedures, and training manuals
Revenue-related reporting, analysis, performance measurement, and insights development for the business:
- Be the subject matter expert for all data and reporting relating to revenue, sales and forecasting
- Provide reporting and analyses of sales pipeline while identifying key trends and insights throughout the sales lifecycle
- Analyze and develop deep understanding of sales performance levers and dynamics to enable continuous improvement of sales processes, policies and forecast accuracy.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
