Bloomreach is looking for a
Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Operations (RevOps). The RevOps team at Bloomreach is responsible for mission critical tasks related to the sales processes, and closely partnering with marketing operations and data support across all GTM functions, as well as support of overall GTM strategy. The VP of RevOps bridges the gap between sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams by delivering a balance of deep insights and executional frameworks to help us grow. Ultimately, the VP of RevOps exists to make it simpler for our customers to engage with Bloomreach and more efficient for our employees to serve our customers. This role is an excellent opportunity if you want to make an outsized impact within a growth oriented, late stage SaaS company. This role reports directly to the CRO and leads the sales operations organization.
Your job will be to:
- Act as primary advisor to our Chief Revenue Officer along with end-to-end GTM operations; partner closely with global sales leadership as well as other senior Go-To-Market leaders from Marketing and Customer Success
- Drive continuous improvement by defining standard operating cadences including our weekly forecast calls, commercial boards for key metric review, and quarterly business reviews
- Define and deploy operating processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the Go-To-Market organization (e.g. pipeline hygiene, account ownership, account planning, etc)
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement to leverage your insights and data to define the Enablement strategy for our revenue organization
- Help Bloomreach establish one source of truth for revenue related data with end to end funnel visibility
- Drive insights in our business and where we allocate resources and why
- Leverage BI tools to establish leading performance indicators to help us run a proactive business
- Oversee the overall GTM tech stack to make sure we are gaining efficient leverage from our investments
- Support planning cycles including sales goals, compensation plans, coverage model revisions, territory planning, and cascading our financial plan into team goals
- Define and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of product, segment, and geographies.
- Collaborate cross functionally to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, conversion, operational efficiency, and revenue
- Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, strategic planning, and more as needed
You have the following experience and qualities:
- Professional — experience in sales/revenue or marketing operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS company at a larger scale (1000+ employees)
- Personal — strong relationship building and cross-functional communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy and/or Sales Leadership role in B2B SaaS (software-as-a-service) environments of 1000+ employees (high-growth)
- Extensive experience supporting organizations in EMEA, with time spent living internationally as a plus
- Management consulting background is highly desirable
- Ability to lead through influence, working alongside organizational leadership (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Executive Team).
- Proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling and developing methods to measure and systemize Sales KPIs for internal teams and customers
- Exceptional people leader: acquire, develop and retain top industry talent to perform beyond expectations
- Deep understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, Marketing applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning and sales quotas)
- Expertise and experience with GTM tools including Salesforce, Clari, etc
