The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the processes, tools, metrics and reporting that enable the global Sales team across Trackforce Valiant and TrackTik.

Our technology provides security companies and corporations who employ guards with a single platform to manage their security workforce while improving response times and reducing administrative burden and costs. The combined company employees 400+ people with offices in San Diego, Montreal, London and Paris.
Responsibilities
- Develops a deep understanding of, manages and optimizes the daily activities across the sales tech stack and processes that power our sales machine
- Leads and directs a team of 3 (including yourself) to drive sales administration, global consistency, marketing alignment and collaboration with the BI team
- Manage CRM data, ensuring data accuracy and enforcing proper sales hygiene
- Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of a SFDC dashboard & reporting suite, action-oriented insights and other daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly KPIs to support and direct the sales department
- Manages our “deal desk” and quote-to-order processes & tools, enabling simplicity, ensuring compliance to pricing & discounting guardrails and tracking orders through to completion
- Manages our commission process in collaboration with Finance to ensure proper measurement and approvals on time for payroll submissions
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to deliver accurate and insightful inputs to our bookings forecasting process and quarterly business reviews
- May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints
Desired Skills And Experience
- 3+ years experience & proficiency with SFDC (administration, reporting, dashboards, sales process, etc)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Self starter who takes a metrics-driven approach and possesses an inate drive to optimize
- Comfortable with action and adaptation when ambiguity exists and priorities change
- Experience consolidating of multiple SFDC instances preferred
- Experience managing other integrated sales tools (e.g. Chilipiper, Gong) preferred
- 1-3 years SDR or AE experience preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
- Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
