We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as the Sales Operations Manager Global. Based out of our Torrington Connecticut location, you will boost productivity and efficiencies and accelerate revenue growth by building and delivering strategic programs to include sales process optimization, data analysis, and reporting, sales pricing and updates, and technology enablement
In addition, you will:
- Provide ongoing strategic direction and guidance on sales methodologies by tracking sales pipeline and operational metrics, providing timely business insights, delivering methodologies to improve sales funnel performance, and making recommendations and taking actions based on forecast and performance metrics
- Foster strategic awareness, initiatives, and objectives by partnering with sales leadership and finance teams to facilitate and manage the planning, revenue forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Build awareness of sales policies and best practices by creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, policies, and sales training materials, and by proactive participation in onboarding new sales talent
- Lead pricing analytics and electronic pricing by maintaining and adding pricing updates in CRM and ERP systems based on analytics relating to current pricing and increases
- Enable technology organizational uptake and advancement by exercising influence to manage CRM and revenue technology (sales, marketing, service) strategy to scale ahead of needs, ensuring that the full lead-to-revenue process is followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field, or equivalency
- 3+ years related experience with Salesforce platform; ERP experience essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic sales operations role
- 4+ years of business analysis or project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment

Salary Range: $103,000-$136,000
Dymax takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of Dymax’s total compensation packages for employees.
