Sales Operations Analyst

Please note that This is a W2 contract - Candidates living near the given location will be preferred as this is a Hybrid role)

Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 4 Months

Rate: $40-50/Hour on W2

Job Description:

• Support the NAM Sales Operations team with the completion of common data-centric needs across each segment, including:
• Master data management
• Account Change Requests
• Hierarchy updates (ensuring a sub-account is aligned to its apex account)
• De-duplication of accounts
• Firmographics (updating account information when our purchased data is incorrect)
• Troubleshooting account data issues (E.g., sales team needs to quote a renewal, but needs to first ensure data on the account is accurate).
• Manual back-office processing (submitting requests via Google Form for every oppty)
• Compensation credit splits
• Aircover bonus requests
• Uncovered territory credit
• Anaplan support
• FY25 planning support

Skills:

• MS Suite, Google Suite, Tableau (preferred), Anaplan (preferred)

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
