Job Title: Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Quota & Capacity Planning

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential for extension or conversion to permanent role)


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our Quota and Capacity Planning team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting regional Sales and Strategy teams through the company’s annual quota planning cycle and ongoing organizational changes. You will develop a deep understanding of policies, processes, and technologies to deliver accurate, reliable quotas on time, driving global ACV growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to provide actionable insights for regional strategy teams.
  • Advise regional teams on the impact of go-to-market decisions on sales quotas during the annual planning cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and effectiveness within existing processes and models.
  • Routinely check and maintain quota records, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Project manage the annual quota-setting process, collaborating with Strategy stakeholders, providing enablement, and escalating concerns as needed.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience building complex models.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with databases and experience working with multiple tools and systems.
  • Proven experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, and territory alignment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects and working with stakeholders against tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and follow operating procedures.
