About the Role

We are seeking a functional Product Manager with deep expertise in CPQ and configuration management within a SaaS or ERP-based environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong product thinking, data modeling proficiency, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ to lead strategic initiatives across our revenue and quoting lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of product configuration, pricing strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and execution for Salesforce CPQ and product configuration capabilities, ensuring scalability and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Architect solution-oriented product configuration strategies—designing structured, data-driven approaches to model complex product offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Engineering to ensure cohesive integration across quoting, pricing, and revenue operations systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional outcomes, focusing on configurability and usability, not technical execution.
  • Evaluate and enhance data models to support efficient product bundling, pricing rules, and discount structures.
  • Contribute to overall revenue lifecycle management, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize order-to-cash processes.
  • Facilitate clear communication across business teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed on product configuration changes and impacts.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a functional consultant or product manager within CPQ ecosystems; Salesforce CPQ expertise is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, product structuring, and pricing logic in SaaS or ERP environments.
  • Ability to design and drive configuration solutions that meet business needs without deep technical execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills; experience working with Sales Ops, Finance, and Engineering teams.
  • Prior exposure to revenue lifecycle management is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
