Responsibilities
Direct the daily operations of a department(s).
- Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Develop departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
- Direct special projects and business analyses.
- Develop short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
