Ncyber ("en-cyber") is a data-driven tech company based in Columbia, MD that works closely with customers to deliver a unique array of products. We are a cross-functional team drawing from various backgrounds in the commercial industry, the department of defense and the national security arena. Our core focus spans across System Design and Engineering, Software Development, Secure Communications Solutions, Data Science and Analytics. Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore; U.S. citizenship is required.
Translate the company’s Mission, Values, and Vision into actionable, measurable goals for the management team and overall company.
Build a high-performance team, focused on running day-to-day operations for client mission success.
Mentor new hires and establish connections between performance, success, and rewards.
Further develop, measure, and refine internal operational process and internal controls. Achieve Ncyber Technologies’ goal each year for fiscal revenues, retention, and new business.
Position the company to achieve financial goals through active client and business development/ proposal activities while employing sound financial management practices.
Strong understanding of contracts and program management.
Must have 10 years of relevant business operations experience
Current Security Clearance required.
Proven ability to mentor and develop staff, including defining individual goals, objectives, and measures of success.
Implement a strategic plan for Ncyber Technologies and position the organization for growth in both main and adjacent market spaces.
Skilled in organizational development of a fast-paced, rapidly growing technology organization.
Effective resource planning and human capital management. Demonstrated financial planning and analysis skills.
Excellent people skills, strong ability to influence others and ability to partner.
Possess personal qualities of commitment to mission, integrity, and credibility.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to quickly adjust priorities and redirect task to solve problems.
