The Resource Analyst (IC3) is responsible for managing and optimizing resource allocation across projects and teams. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of resource management principles.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to gather information on upcoming project resource needs
Develop and maintain short- and long-term resource forecasts
Present available internal and external resources (offshore, nearshore, and contractors) to fit project demand
Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization
Analyse resource data to provide insights and recommendations for improved allocation strategies
Assist in the development of resource management
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of resource-related reports and dashboards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations or a related field
6 -12 years of experience in resource management or a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills And Competencies
Analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Communication skills to present findings to clients and managers
Organizational skills to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using statistical software and creating charts and graphs
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
