Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services across all facets of the business. As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, improving productivity, and supporting the overall strategic goals of Misrii.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Misrii’s food business, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor the production, packaging, and delivery processes to ensure quality standards and timeliness are met.
Streamline operational workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage and track inventory, ensuring that the kitchen operates at full capacity without excess wastage.
2. Financial Management:
Assist in developing and managing operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization of resources.
Track financial performance, analyze reports, and suggest strategies to increase profitability while maintaining product quality.
3. Business Strategy & Growth:
Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying and implementing operational improvements that align with the company's goals.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and tailor operations to support business growth.
4. Vendor & Supplier Management:
Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure that vendor relationships support the company’s operational goals.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and improve operational processes.
Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and career development.
6. Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure that all operations comply with food safety regulations, health standards, and internal policies.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular operational reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends that impact the efficiency of business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably in the food-tech, F&B, or cloud kitchen industry.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, setting goals, and driving business operations toward success.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle operational challenges.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
Technology Savvy: Familiarity with food-tech systems, inventory management software, and data-driven decision-making tools.
Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and track key financial metrics to improve profitability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud kitchen operations or food delivery models.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
