Role Overview

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for driving and optimizing revenue generation across the IT Services division. This leadership role will focus on sales growth, client retention, and expanding new market opportunities. The CRO will align cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and client delivery, to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy for the IT Services division.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales and account management teams.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and strengthen strategic client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align service offerings with market demand.
  • Monitor revenue performance, forecast trends, and report to the CEO and board.
  • Optimize pricing, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue streams.
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiencies across the sales cycle.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, preferably in IT services or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a mid to large-scale organization.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT services offerings including cloud, software development, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
