Chief Financial Officer

We are a rapidly growing broker-dealer and wealth management firm that provides access to Asian and Indian traders engaging in the US markets. Our platform is designed to offer seamless trading solutions, and we are expanding our global footprint. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations.

Role Overview

As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our company. You will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning, risk management, compliance, and capital structuring. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive profitability, manage regulatory requirements, and oversee the financial health of our portfolio companies in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, ensuring financial sustainability and scalability.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with US financial regulations, SEC, FINRA, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Capital Management: Oversee capital structuring, fundraising, and financial planning for business expansion.
• Portfolio Management: Work with financial services portfolio companies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Risk & Treasury Management: Monitor market risks, liquidity, and treasury functions to maintain financial stability.
• Investor Relations: Engage with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions to support growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in broker-dealer, wealth management, or trading firms.
• Strong knowledge of US financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Proven experience in managing portfolio companies within financial services.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, trading infrastructure, and brokerage operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and capital structuring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-border operations.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
