Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and process-driven Sales Operations Executive to join our client’s expanding team. The bulk of the job scope will be focused on both B2B/ B2C customer care and operations, with an emphasis on pre-sales and post-sales support. The person we are looking for is someone who is operationally excellent, with a strong client servicing disposition and aptitude for juggling multiple stakeholders and tasks at once.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle product sales leads and enquiries through various channels ie email, phone calls, focusing on increasing B2B and B2C sales to both current and prospective clients
Perform routine customer care/ account servicing activities including interacting and following up with customers and being accountable for delivery of high quality output to stakeholders
Prepare quotations and process sales orders, track customer payments, update sales data in the system, and liaise closely with the backend operations team for order fulfilment and deployment
Collaborate with internal teams across e-commerce, fulfilment and logistics, operations, and marketing, to optimise sales strategies and performance and support the sales life cycle for ecommerce products
Provide post-sales and general admin support to ensure high quality of service in order processing and sales registration
Drive product research using a data-centric approach including reviewing customer enquiries and competitor analysis reports
Requirements:
Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/ Sales from related industries (F&B/ lifestyle/ hospitality)
Fresh graduates with strong operations or administrative backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Meticulous, self-starter, reliable and accountable team player with a high degree of proactivity and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Good analytical skills, well-organised and process-driven mindset as this role will be operationally heavy and entail many moving parts
Effective communicator with top-tier interpersonal skills and who possesses the gravitas to influence and confidently address different levels of stakeholders
