If you have a knack for managing events, engaging communities, and driving operational excellence, we’d love to have you onboard! This role has more demand in managing Online Zoom Meetings, Events & Data Management.

Responsibilities

Event & Webinar Management – Execute weekly webinars, 3-day events, daily coaching sessions on Zoom.

Calendar & Data Management – Track registrations, attendance, and engagement using google sheets.

Audience Engagement – Nurture leads via WhatsApp messages, Emails, and Community Engagement.

Customer Support – Ensure smooth live event experience & community interaction.

Data Analysis – Monitor show-up rates, feedback, and event performance

Automation Of Webinars, Nurturing Sequence through Emails & WhatsApp Messages

Ensuring Collections After The event

Develope Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and designed workflows for multiple teams, including onboarding, customer support, escalations, career counseling, career services, and account management.

Automated manual workflows using various tools to enhance efficiency

Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, and basic SQL queries for data-driven metrics creation

Who You Are:

Experience in Operations, Events, or Customer Support (EdTech/Career Coaching preferred).

Expertise in Zoom, Google Calendar, CRM, WhatsApp Business.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and community engagement skills.

Based in Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model).
