Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Financial Management:
• Overseeing cash flow, managing debt and investments, and ensuring the company's financial stability. 
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies. 
• Strategic Leadership:
• Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, providing financial expertise for strategic decision-making, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. 
• Risk Management:
• Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring the company's financial resilience. 
• Team Leadership:
• Managing and developing the finance team, ensuring effective operations and providing leadership and guidance. 
• Stakeholder Management:
• Communicating financial information to investors, creditors, and other stakeholders, and building strong relationships. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) often preferred.
• Experience:
• Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and financial management, with a strong track record of success.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and make sound financial decisions.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the company operates.
