Our client, a fast-growing, private equity-backed environmental services company, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations during a high-growth phase.
As CFO, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial strategy, streamline multi-entity operations, and lead post-acquisition integration. You’ll also build and mentor a strong finance team while optimizing systems.
What You’ll Bring:
15+ years in progressive financial leadership, including CFO or VP-level experience in a $30–$60M company
Expertise in M&A, private equity, and multi-entity operations
Experience in construction, environmental, or industrial services a plus
Strong team leadership and ERP-savvy
