Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the company's financial operations and strategy to support long-term growth.
• Oversees financial planning, capital raising, and investment strategies to support the company's growth and project financing.
• Manages the development of energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develops and optimizes the energy supply chain while identifying and entering new markets to expand the company's footprint.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in investment banking, investing, strategic finance specifically dealing in the energy market.
• Robust understanding of energy and power generation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives.
