JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • FORMULATE MATHEMATICAL MODELS AND OTHER OPTIMIZING METHODS TO DEVELOP DATA ENGINEERING PROCEDURES AND CREATE SCALABLE PROCESSES, SOLUTIONS, METRICS, AND INSIGHTS TO SUPPORT ALL REVENUE-GENERATING TEAMS;
  • IMPLEMENT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) STRATEGIES DIRECTLY RELATED TO BILLD REVENUE TARGETS AND METRICS IN COLLABORATION WITH SENIOR DECISION MAKERS TO EXECUTE OUR VISION FOR THE GO-TO-MARKET (GTM) TEAMS;
  • INTEGRATE USEFUL BI TOOLS TO BUILD DATA AND REPORTING INFRASTRUCTURE THAT COLLECTS, MANAGES, AND CONVERTS DATA INTO USABLE INFORMATION FOR BUSINESS ANALYTICS;
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR GTM LEADERS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES BASED AROUND MARKETING AND SALES (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS) KPI’S TO GUIDE CRUCIAL DECISIONS;
  • USE BI TOOLS SUCH AS STITCHDATA, DBT, AND TABLEAU TO PROVIDE DATA-DRIVEN ANALYTICAL INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF COMMERCIAL STRATEGY;
  • COLLABORATE WITH SENIOR MANAGERS AND DECISION MAKERS TO IDENTIFY AND SOLVE A VARIETY OF PROBLEMS AND TO CLARIFY MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES;
  • SUPPORT ANNUAL PLANNING PROCESS VIA REPORTS AND MATHEMATICAL MODELS AND PRESENT THE RESULTS OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND DATA ANALYSIS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT
  • UTILIZE CURRENT CRM BEST PRACTICES AND TRENDS TO CONTINUOUSLY REFINE THE INDIVIDUALS’ TECHNICAL BACKGROUND IN CRM PRODUCTS; EDUCATE THE TEAM ON UPDATED TECHNICAL INFORMATION
  • IDENTIFY OPERATIONAL ISSUES AND DESIGN SOLUTIONS TO STREAMLINE REVENUE PROCESSES;
  • STRATEGIZE OPTIMAL METHODS FOR FUTURE GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE SALES ORGANIZATION AND EFFECTIVELY SELF-MANAGE REVENUE OPERATIONS PRIORITIES;
  • MAINTAIN CLEAR COMMUNICATION AND DATA VISIBILITY ACROSS DIFFERENT COMMERCIAL BUSINESS UNITS INCLUDING MARKETING, SALES, AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS IMPROVING EXISTING PROCESSES;
  • ASSIST IN BUILDING ON NET NEW PROCESSES AS WE SCALE (NEW CUSTOMER LEADS, NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION FUNNELS, GROWING REVENUE WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS, ETC.);
  • ANALYZE CRM DATA ENSURING INTEGRITY WHILE MONITORING LEAD ASSIGNMENT AND PROCESS GAPS AND ANALYZE INFORMATION ABOUT ALTERNATIVE ACTION TO DETERMINE WHICH PATH WILL OFFER THE BEST OUTCOMES;
  • OWN COMPENSATION PLANNING AND FORECASTING BY HELPING THE GTM LEADERSHIP TEAMS IN PLANNING THE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE FOR THE TEAM TO HELP IN FORECASTING AND DETERMINING THEIR MONTHLY VARIABLE PAY BASED ON PERFORMANCE;
  • OWN AND DEFINE CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION AND THE VARYING RULES OF ENGAGEMENT PER SEGMENT TO CONVERT THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS INTO ACTIVE CUSTOMERS;
  • TRACK AND MANAGE KPIS ACROSS SALES, MARKETING, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT;
  • DEVELOP FORECAST MODELS AND PROCESSES THAT SUPPORT PIPELINE HEALTH AND DEAL MANAGEMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALES LEADERSHIP;
  • DEVELOP INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS (SALES, MARKETING, CUSTOMER SUCCESS, IT, PRODUCT, FINANCE) TO KEEP A PULSE ON THE OVERALL HEALTH OF THE BUSINESS;
  • LEAD THE DATA MANAGEMENT OF SALESFORCE RECORDS BY HELPING TEAM MEMBERS TO UNDERSTAND THE CRM DATA AND HOW TO USE THE TOOLS PROVIDED MOST EFFICIENTLY;
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN REPORTING STRUCTURE FOR THE COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION RESULTING IN UNIFIED REPORTING ACROSS DIFFERENT BUSINESS FUNCTIONS.
