The Commercial Operations team develops and manages programs that enhance customer experiences, drive engagement, and accelerate business growth. This team focuses on optimizing purchasing options and affordability programs to meet market demands and customer expectations. A strong understanding of regional trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies is essential to refining these initiatives.

Collaboration is key, and this role works closely with teams across finance, partner management, marketing, legal, e-commerce, digital merchandising, operations, and technology to ensure seamless execution of commercial programs.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational aspects of commercial programs, including offer management, issue resolution, partner collaboration, and financial oversight.
  • Support the execution of key backend processes to enable program functionality.
  • Manage the processing of invoices with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Reconcile monthly transactions with external partners and oversee related invoicing.
  • Coordinate the development and review of terms & conditions and pricing statements.
  • Foster and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive operational effectiveness.


Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing consumer-focused commercial operations with measurable business impact.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong ability to streamline processes for efficiency and program resilience.
  • Comfortable handling large data sets, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations support.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in external partner management.
  • Strong copywriting skills, particularly in drafting legal terms and agreements, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial reconciliation and controls is a plus.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives successfully.
  • Ability to propose and communicate innovative solutions to build alignment and drive collaboration.
