Salary: £80,000 + Package

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-growing business? We are looking for a Business Operations Director to take the reins of a high-performing, multi-site organisation, ensuring seamless execution across all business functions.

The Role:

As Business Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, scaling strategies, and cross-functional leadership. Working closely with the Founder, you will translate strategic vision into operational success, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimise operations, sales, marketing, finance, and recruitment functions.
• Manage a 250+ strong workforce, ensuring accountability, performance, and engagement.
• Implement scalable processes and frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead monthly business reviews (MBRs) to track key metrics and drive improvements.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring commercial success.
• Work closely with external partners and suppliers, including marketing, IT, and sales teams.
• Be a hands-on leader, fostering a strong culture of teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in senior operations leadership (e.g., Operations Director, Head of Business Operations, Regional Director).
• Strong background in managing large, dispersed teams (250+ employees).
• Commercially astute with a track record of scaling operations in a growing business.
• Detail-driven, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working alongside a founder/entrepreneur, bringing structure and execution to ideas.
• Hands-on approach—not just a strategist, but an implementer.
