About the role:

We are looking for a Data Operations Ninja to manage and maintain critical data related to user health, subscriptions, and engagement.

What your day would look like:

• Manage and update user health, subscription, and engagement data across internal systems
• Support coaching and customer success teams by organizing and maintaining accurate records
• Monitor and track user renewals, ensuring data accuracy
• Maintain food and meal plan databases, addressing queries from coaches and users
• Track and update key health metrics, including weight goals, fitness logs, and diabetes-related data
• Assist in data preparation, reporting, and research on food trends and diets
• Coordinate session recordings, medical reports, and doctor consultations
• Identify and report technical issues related to meal plan algorithms

Say hello if you’ve got:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in data management, preferably in the health, fitness, or nutrition industry
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data management tools
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Educational background in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus
