Department: Commercial Medical Digital & Technology Business Operations
Reports to: Senior Manager Business Operations
Job Purpose:
This position will be dedicated to supporting the Commercial Digital & Technology teams as well as the Medical Digital & Technology teams. Responsibilities will include providing operational support to these key teams, managing the Service portfolio and Asset Management within our CMDB, optimizing the Support model, and overseeing simplification and communication efforts to maintain well-organized and structured Information.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a substantial portfolio of projects and programmed, ensuring effective coordination within the Commercial D&T Leadership Team.
Collaborate with all Commercial D&T teams to coordinate CMDB portfolio and asset management activities. Provide required team training.
Organize and Coordinate Monthly Commercial D&T champion meetings with regional and global representatives.
Ensure that the CMDB information is current and accurate.
Facilitate and coordinate the Commercial D&T team meetings to ensure that proper processes and controls are implemented to maintain high data quality in our CMDB.
Write knowledge base articles in ServiceNow detailing the specific CD&T processes
Facilitate and coordinate asset management and service management improvement initiatives with regional and global Tech stakeholders.
Maintain clear, seamless, and organized communication with the Commercial D&T teams regarding critical programmes of work.
Collaborate with the GP&T team to ensure the ServiceNow processes and changes are communicated to various CD&T Teams. Represent CD&T at the global Champion Forum
Product owner/admin role for our finance tool (SmartSheets) for budgeting, actuals, forecasting, cross-charges, and maintain the relationship with the vendor supporting SmartSheets alongside the BusOps team.
