Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-4 members in the Business Operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
People Management: Effectively manage team performance and foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring productivity and alignment with business goals.
Workplace Regularity: Ensure that team members maintain consistent attendance and adhere to workplace protocols, ensuring smooth operations.
Business Development Account Management: Oversee and manage all Business Development (BD) accounts data and documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Onboarding Support: Provide comprehensive support for the onboarding of new BD accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Execution of BD Activities: Contribute to the execution of all BD account activities according to established timelines and provide necessary coordination.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Service departments, to ensure alignment and the effective execution of business operations.
Business Operations Responsibilities: Supervise the team’s handling of the following key areas:
Agreement closures.
Vendor onboarding.
Vendor payment management.
Order booking.
Preparation of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and business performance reports.
