Our client is a leading tech company in the drive-to-store industry, connecting consumers with local retailers through digital platforms. It helps retailers boost in-store traffic by providing real-time promotions, store information, and personalized shopping experiences.


For their new office located in Berlin, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Go-to-Market Manager with proven experience in B2B digital media or media agency environments.


This role is central to shaping the storytelling and commercial positioning of company's advertising solutions and enabling their Sales team to communicate clearly. In this role you will focus on creating effective narratives, messaging, and tools that support Sales in presenting and selling digital media offerings.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with global objectives and adapt to local market needs
  • Lead market launches of new products and services, ensuring targeted positioning in key verticals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Develop storytelling and messaging strategies that integrate corporate branding with local market preferences
  • Support the sales team with product training, positioning materials, and presentations for key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, communications, sales) and external stakeholders to execute market initiatives


Your Profile

  • Solid experience in B2B digital media (e.g. retail media, media agencies, ad tech platforms), ideally in a commercial, marketing, or product marketing function.
  • Proven track record of building effective sales enablement strategies and materials for commercial teams.
  • Strong grasp of retailer and brand client needs, and how digital media products address them.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex offerings into persuasive commercial narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Fluent in English and German; Italian and/or any other language is a plus.
