Hotel Investment Director - CFO

Kerry Robert Associates is on the look-out for a Hotel Investment Director/CFO for a London based Company. This Group has impressive growth plans within the UK and outside of the country. The role is a newly created position in which you will be working closely with the investors of the group. The company already has a portfolio of hotels which are successfully trading under well known hotel brands.

Location - London on-site

Must Have Skills In:

• Overseeing all development projects
• Bank debt re-financing
• Overseeing cash flow, cash management & working capital
• Preparing financial statements and reports for all Development projects
• Leading the finance strategy for Acquisitions
• Managing and working closely with the group's Finance team

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Accountant with previous Hotel Investment Experience
• 5+ year Hotel/Hospitality finance experience
• Past experience in Audit/Investment banking
• UK based
