We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, ensuring financial stability, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
