About the Role:

Let’s be clear: I am a CFO. But I’ve got an empire to build, and it’s time to hand this function off to someone who’s ready to run with it. KFCD is scaling fast—across real estate, investment, design, education, lifestyle, and cultural ventures—and I need a trusted financial strategist who can bring clarity, discipline, and sharp execution to the financial engine behind it all.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing all financial functions of KFCD (forecasting, cash flow, accounting, reporting)

• Building financial systems from the ground up—yes, that means process + tech

• Evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocations

• Managing vendor relationships and internal budgets across multiple business units

• Acting as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team

• Supporting high-stakes ventures including real estate development, investor relations, and new business models

• Creating the financial discipline that turns legacy into lasting success

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in finance, ideally with experience in startups, family offices, or multi-entity portfolios

• CPA or MBA preferred—but strategic clarity and execution under pressure matter more

• Comfortable in ambiguity and unafraid to make decisions

• Strong understanding of real estate, financial markets, and modern lifestyle ventures

• A mindset rooted in integrity, legacy-building, and entrepreneurial leadership
