Chief Financial Officer

The ideal CFO candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, overseeing Accounting, company audits, compliance, and tax filings. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in Real Estate finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Oversee the owner’s estate planning activities, including the management of trust and estate assets.
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Oversee all elements of partnership accounting

Qualifications

• CPA preferred (can be inactive)
• Real estate investment or property management company experience
• Management experience – this role manages 8+ people right now, and it’s growing
• Preferred experience – Partnership Accounting and Overseeing the preparation and submission of all tax filings for the partnership
