Senior Director of Revenue Operations | PE Backed SaaS (Remote EST)


The Client:


We’re thrilled to partner with a fast growth, private equity backed SaaS Scale-up that are transforming healthcare. This cutting edge platform equips providers with the data, insights, and tools they need to stay focused on delivering exception outcomes while streamlining their operations.


This scale-up is driven by an exceptional senior leadership team that have diverse backgrounds in Investment Banking, Private Equity and the Big 4 before focusing on building SaaS start-ups. They are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations that will be able to drive insights into company performance and wants to have a huge impact on the business.


Backed by the same private equity firm as some of techs biggest success stories, you will be joining the business at a pivotal point in their trajectory as they look to scale towards an exit in the next few years. This role will suit an individual that is very commercially astute and capable of viewing the business holistically as it will require you to build a number of cross functional relationships.


The role:


As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to maximise efficiency and revenue generation. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue operations strategies, overseeing GTM performance metrics, and ensuring that all revenue-driving teams are supported with best-in-class processes, insights and technology.


Responsibilities:


  • Own and optimise revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaderships to refine pipeline management, forecast accuracy, lead conversion, and overall GTM efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key revenue performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Streamline workflows and enhance automation across CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of sales and marketing technology (CRM, Analytics, Automation platforms, etc.)
  • Work closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives
  • Support the sales team with effective enablement strategies, ensuring they have the resources, data and tools to succeed.
  • Play a key role in GTM strategy development, supporting business scaling and exit planning in collaboration with the executive leadership team.


What we are looking for:


  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related roles within high growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record of optimising revenue operations, sales rocesses and GTM in a PE backed or VC backed environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
  • Exception stakeholder management skills, ability to work cross functionally across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience preparing revenue operations for scalability and exit strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.


Location: Remote (Must be EST time zone)


Package: $210,000 - $230,000 + Bonus + Share Options
