The Finance & Sales Ops team plays a crucial role in creating that future. It is our role to serve as a liaison between H1’s Commercial & Technical teams to oversee issues related to financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning, as well as resource prioritization and business management. With a deep understanding of the business levers underlying the operations of our Infrastructure team, this team is responsible for helping the business to drive toward clear and effective decisions which are critical to the success of the Company.

What You'll Do At H1

As a Sr. Manager, GTM Operations on the Finance & Sales Ops team, you will help drive our business to meet our revenue goals. You’ll be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with customers, to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our users. You will engage with customer stakeholders, showcase the value of our platform and partnership, and help us expand our position as the market leader.

  • Market & Account Planning: Conduct TAM/market sizing, propensity analysis, account tiering, and planning to drive customer penetration and growth. Collaborate on annual and quarterly commercial planning.
  • Commercial Forecasting & Insights: Lead the execution of detailed forecasting, KPI and metrics reporting, data synthesis, and seller best practices to drive forecast accuracy and goal achievement.
  • Quota Strategy: Collaborate on compensation plan design and quota & target setting to optimize performance.
  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Develop and refine processes, map current workflows, and re-engineer practices to scale GTM operations and cross functional partnership with product, data and marketing teams effectively.
  • Strategic Support & Problem-Solving: Provide tactical and strategic support to the Head of Commercial/Sales and CSM organization, while proactively troubleshooting daily operational challenges.
  • Operational Initiatives: Spearhead key initiatives such as product launches, pricing adjustments, and packaging improvements while maintaining operational rhythm.
  • Tech & Data Strategy: Oversee integration and strategic management of the GTM tech stack, data governance, and policy frameworks including rules of engagement.

About You

You have a strong track record in Sales or Revenue Operations within growth-driven SaaS companies. In addition, you have expertise in data analytics, forecasting, process mapping, and collaborating cross-functionally and you are comfortable driving change as a senior level individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy roles with a track record of driving business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and other GTM technology tools, along with a strong aptitude for data visualization and analytics platforms

Compensation

This role pays $145,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
