This multifaceted position combines the strategic oversight of sales initiatives with the meticulous management of operational processes to drive revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency. - Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, anticipating future requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, including handling quotes, pricing inquiries, and order entry.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams to continuously improve products and services.
Operational Management
- Oversee the operational aspects of the business, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.
- Implement and maintain systems and tools to support operational excellence and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
Performance Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Generate reports on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, making recommendations to optimize sales and customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, customer service, and/or operations management roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing sales and driving revenue.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.

Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being.
Base Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
