The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day field operations, workforce productivity, and service execution for a multi-location business in the building and contracting industry. This leader will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational efficiencies to support business growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily field operations, logistics, and project execution across multiple locations.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support growth and service demand.
