Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for:
Managing and overseeing the sales operations of the company.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Establishing and monitoring sales targets and KPIs.
Preparing sales reports and presenting them to senior management.
Managing the sales CRM and ensuring data accuracy.
Supporting the Sales Director with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
