Rezilient Health is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Associate to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. This role blends partnership management, launch coordination, and revenue operations support. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of client launches and manage revenue operation reporting while handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

A key area of focus will be client launch management across customer segments. This requires comprehensive planning, cross-functional coordination, and consistent communication. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, assisting with workflow automation, and supporting data-driven analysis. This role necessitates an individual who is highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships & Launch Support
    • Coordinate launch activities for new customers and partnerships, creating and following project timelines
    • Maintain accurate records of all partner and customer agreements
    • Assist with partner onboarding and training coordination
  • Operations Documentation & Process Management
  • Maintain customer and sales rep accounting including sales volumes, and pricing to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain the document management system for contracts and agreements
  • Document operational processes and procedures for revenue operations
  • Support the development and deployment of AI and automation tools
  • Reporting & Analytics Support
    • Maintain and update revenue operations dashboards
    • Generate routine reports for management on sales pipeline, customer metrics, and partnership performance
    • Assist with data entry and validation in Hubspot
    • Support the development of automated workflows and sequences
    • Project Coordination
      • Manage cross-functional projects related to revenue operations
      • Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates
      • Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
      • Assist with special projects as needed

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or customer-facing roles
    • Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently


    Preferred:

    • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology companies
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies
    • Experience with AIand workflow automation tools
    • Experience with partnership management or B2B relationships
