Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our leadership team and drive revenue growth, while aligning and optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. We are looking for someone who has recent STRONG experience in the multi-family space. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations, forging meaningful relationships with real estate developers and property owners, and spearheading strategic partnerships to position Skyrise Wi-Fi as the go-to community Wi-Fi provider.


This role offers up to 25% equity and a commission structure starting at 3%—a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to be invested in the company’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the founders to develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue high-value relationships with real estate developers and property owners to drive sales.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build visibility and partnerships.
  • Create scalable processes and frameworks for sales, marketing, and customer success as the business grows.
  • Take an active, hands-on role in closing deals and generating revenue during the early growth phase.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, with a focus on achieving long-term growth goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate or multifamily property industries, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics and decision-making processes in these sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • A passion for innovation and a customer-first approach
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
