We’re hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join our WorldCompliance Data Operations team, supporting the EMEA region. You’ll act as a subject matter expert on data and content within our AML/CTF-focused database, providing support to clients, internal teams, and offshore researchers.
Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)
Conversion Salary: $55K–$65K
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Boca Raton, FL preferred)
Work Authorization: W2 Only
What You’ll Do:
Respond to client and internal inquiries regarding database content.
Analyze and maintain database accuracy using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI/Tableau.
Coordinate projects and communicate with global research teams.
Interpret international AML/CTF laws and media reports for relevance.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Interest or background in politics, global affairs, or AML/CTF is a plus
Fluent in Arabic
