About Position
Work Location: Corporate Office, 88 Vilcom Center Dr., Suite 110, Chapel Hill, NC 27514

Duties/ Responsibilities -
Directs, coordinates and administers all financial transactions for Piedmont Health Services to include budgeting, systems development, purchases and expenditures, accounting, payroll, maintenance of records and preparation of fiscal reports. Supervises all finance and insurance department staff.
Qualifications -
Education and Experience: Graduation from a four year accredited college or university with a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Business Office Manager or Accountant in a Health Care Institution or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Thorough knowledge of financial accounting, financial management and regulations governing community health centers. Ability to develop and interpret financial data. Ability to prepare and interpret complex financial statements and reports and to exercise sound judgment in complex fiscal matters. Thorough knowledge of information systems. Ability to manage the administration of health care clinics as they operate on a daily basis. Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise the work of other employees and to deal tactfully and courteously with the public. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Pay Range - $147,625 - $198,395
