The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Chief Sales Officer with a deep understanding of how dealerships operate. Someone who’s walked the lot, sat in the GM’s office, and knows how to turn a cold handshake into a trusted partnership. This is not a corporate overlay—we’re looking for a field-tested sales leader who knows the rhythm of retail and how to lead a team that speaks the language.
Who You Are
You’ve been working with or selling to dealerships for years—and you know the difference between a vendor and a true partner.
You bring a network, not just a resume.
You understand how dealers think, what makes them tick, and how to create real value.
You’ve led successful sales teams and know how to hire, coach, and scale talent.
You’re comfortable with data, CRM systems, and pipeline forecasting—but your strength is closing real business, not clicking through dashboards.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead a national sales team focused on dealership acquisition and expansion
Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
Work closely with product, operations, and marketing to align around dealer success
Track performance, forecast revenue, and report directly to the CEO
Refine our sales process, from initial contact to post-sale onboarding
Leverage your relationships and industry experience to accelerate market penetration
What You Bring
10+ years in automotive retail, dealership vendor solutions, or high-level SaaS sales into the industry
Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
Deep familiarity with dealership operations, culture, and decision-making cycles
Clear, confident communication with executive teams and dealer principals
Relentless execution and accountability mindset
Compensation
Base salary starting at $150,000
Performance-based incentives with total earnings expected to exceed $200,000+
Company profit share
