Location: Northeastern U.S. Region (Hybrid)

Description

  • We are seeking a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to lead the management and optimization of a customer relationship management platform and support business growth through effective sales operations.
  • This individual will collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline workflows, automate core processes, and maintain high data quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in CRM management, sales enablement, and operational execution.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience managing customer relationship management platforms (e.g., CRM software systems)
  • Prior experience in a business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
  • In-depth understanding of sales workflows, pipeline optimization, and process automation
  • Experience using enablement and integration tools to support sales operations
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in building and maintaining sales reporting dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities
  • Basic familiarity with data analysis tools or languages
  • Knowledge of industry-standard revenue operations models and best practices

Desired Skills

  • Exposure to diverse revenue-focused technology tools
  • Familiarity with strategies for enhancing sales and customer journey insights across teams

Compensation

Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
