Our client is seeking a dynamic professional who's passionate about optimizing sales processes and driving business success. They're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team and empower their Field Sales organization to deliver outstanding results!

Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide customer and product shipment analysis to support Field Sales
• Collaborate with Finance for brokerage payment calculations using internal tools
• Assist Field Sales and Revenue Management with trade planning, promotion tracking, and accuracy
• Organize customer meeting preparations for line reviews and strategic discussions
• Sales forecasting reports
• Trade show support
• Serve as the liaison between Field Sales and corporate departments for new product launches and sales initiatives

Sales Operations Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, or Finance
• Proficiency with data tools and sources (e.g., syndicated data, retailer POS)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
