Go- To-Market(GTM) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the regional product roadmap and monitor the performance of categories.
2. Under minimal supervision, formulate product GTM plans and strategies for products to boost business growth.
3. Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
4. Contribute to market research and business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
5. Contribute to the compilation of business plans, reports, and presentations.
6. Attend and contribute to Weekly/Monthly Meetings, maintain meeting notes and action points.
7. Monitor competitors and retail channel activities and provide information memos to the management team.
8. Assist the GTM team in arranging and coordinating the preparation and delivery process of new product samples.
9. Assist and maintain the budget and expense approval process of the GTM team.
10. Support the GTM team on ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Analysis, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to manage 20+ projects/50+ product lines simultaneously.
9. Internship experience in marketing, business analysis, market research, or related fields is preferred.
10. Good command of both English and Mandarin is a plus.
11. Knowledge of retailers in Australia is a plus.
12. Experience with new product development/launch is a plus.
