What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage personalised outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) using tools like Clay, Lemlist, or Instantly.
• Build end-to-end GTM plans that spark leads and growth for clients across niches on your own terms.
• Use data to fine-tune campaigns—boost opens, replies, and results independently.
• Partner with our team to hit goals—leads, meetings, or sales—while owning your process.
• Bring bold ideas to keep outreach smart and ahead of the curve.

Who You Are

• Skills: Master of automation tools—Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Expandi.io—for personalised outreach. Strong with email sequencing, LinkedIn automation, and data scraping. 
• Traits: High-energy, detail-obsessed, and obsessed with delivering results. You work like a leader and manage outcomes solo.
• Experience: 2-4 years in GTM, outreach, or digital marketing—show us your wins (e.g., reply rates, campaigns). Automation or agency experience is a plus.
• Tech Pro: Automation is your zone—you thrive with tools like Clay and own smart workflows.
