We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps CPQ Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and lead CPQ DevOps Value Stream. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ business processes with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and support of Oracle Cloud CPQ processes and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Oracle CPQ capabilities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed
Manage functional/technical team within Value Stream
Oracle DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle CPQ Instances within JCI. Oracle DevOps CPQ Value Stream Lead will be single point of contact (SPOC) for all CPQ DevOps related activities for this track.
Analyze Oracle CPQ Enhancements Requests and Support activities pipeline
Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPOs, CPQ Project Delivery Leads and Solution Architects.
Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholders
Coordinate with other Edge Applicaiton teams to address any integration issues between CPQ, SFDC, EI/MuleSoft and Oracle Fusion ERP systems in timely manner
Optimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team
Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible
Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams
Required Skills
Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent
Strong experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud which involves creating/debugging configuration rules, BOM and system configurations.
Develop and deliver managed package XSL’s and Web service integrations with SFDC and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS R12 etc.
Very good understanding middleware integration architecture
15+ years of overall experience within Oracle CPQ Cloud Application
Expertise in Oracle CPQ configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives
Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience
Ability to manage team to deliver strong results meeting customer expectations
