Chief Financial Officer

I am looking to hire a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a reputable Non-Profit company here in Milwaukee, WI (53226). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $175k- $210k (Based on experience)

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k (match), PTO, Holidays

Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm (flexible on start time)

Remote: 100% onsite (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall financial strategy, planning and management
• Ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, employees, donors, investors, auditors, and Board of Directors
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning efforts
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, grant management, audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead audit preparation with external auditors and financial institutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with organization leaders in strategy creation and execution as well as provide financial insights and recommendation
• Experience in executive leadership roles in

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Masters preferred)
• CPA (not necessary but a +)
• 7-10 years’ experience in Non-Profit
