SP Distribution, a leading distributor of juvenile products in the United States, is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Operations Leader. In this role, you will oversee the orders and sales back-office team, ensuring the efficient and timely management of all orders and shipments. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, vendors, and logistics teams to provide seamless support across all order channels, including EDI, chains, specialty, and drop ship.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Oversee order entry, inventory allocation, and the timely shipment of orders across all sales channels.
  • Vendor & Sales Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and the sales team, providing regular updates on order and shipment statuses.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide the orders/sales back-office team to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Process Oversight: Ensure all orders received through EDI, Chains, Specialty, and Drop Ship channels are handled in a timely and organized manner.
  • System Management: Utilize NetSuite for order entry, inventory allocation, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • ERP Expertise: Strong experience in NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
  • EDI Proficiency: Strong knowledge of EDI processes and troubleshooting.
  • Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Sales Back Office Experience: Proven track record of managing sales administration and order processing functions.
  • Inventory Allocation Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and allocation processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring a team in a similar capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in distribution, preferably within juvenile products or a similar consumer goods industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.


Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time in our Doral, FL office.
