Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Position Summary

The Manager, Sales Operations plays a key role in supporting Benev’s Letybo sales operations, focusing on managing day-to-day activities related to Hubspot CRM administration, commercial reporting and analytics, territory alignment, forecasting, and incentive compensation operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies and PDMA (Prescription Drug Marketing Act) regulations while driving efficiency and effectiveness across processes. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional support to the field sales force.


Essential Functions

  • Dashboards & Analytics – Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Executive teams, tracking performance, pipeline trends, and key metrics.
  • Forecasting Analytics - Work with the Directors, VP & Senior VP of Sales to analyze sales forecasts to identify trends, predict future performance, and assist with strategic planning.
  • Commission Reports & Payouts – Calculate and process commission payouts, making sure everything is accurate and aligns with the comp structure. Also, handle any commission-related questions or discrepancies.
  • Territory Alignment – Maintain and adjust sales territories as needed, making sure accounts and leads are assigned properly. Also, work with sales leadership on any realignment projects.
  • Referral Payouts – Track and process payouts for referral programs, ensuring eligibility, accuracy, and timely payments.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to streamline reporting, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Training - Develop and deliver training programs for sales tools and software, ensuring the sales team can effectively utilize technology to enhance their productivity alongside our Director of Training & Development as the technical liaison for our software. 
  • Project Management – Lead and manage sales operation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Technology Implementation – Oversee the adoption and implementation of new sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • BA/BS required
  •  Minimum of 5+ years of CRM admin/Sales Operations experience within the Life Sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of PDMA regulations and sample industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and improve operational processes.
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team, and able to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Detail Oriented and ability to reconcile data
  • High degree of adaptability and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address insight gaps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements for applications
  • Experience documenting process, managing projects and implementing improvements
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills; Business Intelligence experience preferred (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) CRM (HubSpot preferred), ERP (NetSuite/SuiteCloud experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical domains skillfully, enabling communications between business and IT colleagues
