A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$170k - $190k

Position Overview

Seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer who will oversee budgeting, reporting, grants, billing, payroll, vendor management, and team development.

Responsibilities Of The Chief Financial Officer

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
  • Manage grants, third-party billing, and compliance.
  • Oversee IT, facilities, and vendor contracts.
  • Produce financial reports and present to leadership and board.
  • Support strategic planning and program performance.

Required Experience/Skills for the Chief Financial Officer:

  • 5+ years in nonprofit finance leadership positions.
  • Uniform Financial Reporting experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Chief Financial Officer:

  • CPA.
  • MBA or CMA.
  • Grant and funding management.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
